This policy explains what information Wiig Mastery Academy LLC, trading as Wig Mastery Academy ("we", "us"), collects in the Wig Mastery Academy app and website, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and phone number (if you give it), and your sign-in information.
Profile: your photo, city, country and short bio.
Learning progress: which lessons you have watched or completed, your notes, practice submissions, test answers and results, and certificates.
Messages and media: messages in your private chat with Elisheva and in class chats, community posts and comments, lesson questions, and the photos, videos and voice notes you send.
Enrollment: which programs you asked for or have access to.
Technical information: basic device and browser information and settings saved on your device (for example, to keep you signed in and remember preferences).

We do not collect or store payment card details in the app. Payment is handled outside the app.

2. How we use it

to run your account and give you access to your programs;
to show your progress, notes and lessons;
to deliver messages, posts, questions and media to the people they are meant for;
to review your practice work and tests;
to keep the Academy safe and enforce our Terms of Use;
to contact you about your account or programs;
for advertising, marketing, promotional and social media purposes, as permitted by the license you grant us in our Terms of Use, including the use of photographs, videos, practice work, reviews, testimonials and messages you submit in the Academy, identified with your name, any other name or attribution we choose, or no attribution.

3. Who can see your information

Elisheva and Academy admins can see your profile, progress, practice work, tests, lesson questions, your private chat with Elisheva, and the class chats and posts in your programs, including photos, videos and voice notes.
Other members of your programs can see your name, photo, city, country and bio in the members list, and anything you post in class chats, the community feed or lesson questions. Your email and phone number are not shown to other members.
Service providers that help us run the Academy process data for us:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage;
- Cloudflare R2: storage for photos, videos and voice notes;
- Lovable: hosting the app and sending sign-in emails, such as password reset links;
- Vimeo: hosting and playing lesson videos.

These providers handle data only to provide their services to us.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed to run the Academy, keep records of certificates, and meet legal duties. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we need to keep it for legal reasons.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in the app at any time.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing WigMastery@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Messages you sent in group chats may remain visible to others unless you delete them or ask us to remove them.

7. Security

We use reputable providers, access controls and encrypted connections to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login private.

8. Children

The Academy is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
