Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of the Wig Mastery Academy app and website (the "Academy"). The Academy is run by Wiig Mastery Academy LLC, trading as Wig Mastery Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Academy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Academy.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is for you only. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, email us right away at WigMastery@gmail.com.
  • New accounts and program access are approved by us. We may decline or limit access at our discretion.

2. Enrollment and payment

  • Payment for programs is handled outside the app, under the enrollment agreement you made with us. The app does not take or store payment details.
  • No Refunds. All fees and payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including, without limitation, non-use of the Academy, failure to complete a program, dissatisfaction, or suspension or termination of access for breach of these Terms. Payment plans are governed by your enrollment agreement, and all installments remain due in full.
  • Your access to each program follows your enrollment. We may pause or end access if payment terms in your enrollment agreement are not met.

3. Course content is for your personal use only

All lessons, videos, text, downloads, tests and other materials in the Academy belong to Wig Mastery Academy or are used with permission. When you are enrolled, you get a personal, non-transferable right to view them for your own learning.

You may not:

  • share, sell, lend or give away your access or any course material;
  • download, screen-record, film, photograph or copy lessons or videos, except where the Academy gives you a download button for that material;
  • post course material anywhere else, including social media, groups or other courses;
  • use the material to teach or create a competing course.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if course content is shared, recorded or otherwise used in breach of this section.

4. Community rules

The Academy includes class chats, a community feed, lesson questions and a private chat with Elisheva. Please:

  • be kind and respectful; no harassment, bullying, hate or discrimination;
  • keep posts on topic (wigs, learning, your progress);
  • do not post anything illegal, explicit, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • do not advertise, sell, or ask members for money or personal contact;
  • respect other members' privacy: do not share their photos, messages or details outside the Academy;
  • only post photos of a client's wig or of a person with their permission.

We may hide or remove messages or posts and may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. What you upload

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, voice notes, messages, notes and other content you add ("your content"). You give us permission to store it, show it to the people it is shared with (for example, your class or Elisheva), and use it to run the Academy and to review your work.

License for marketing and promotional use. By submitting, posting or transmitting any content in or through the Academy, including photographs, videos, voice notes, practice work, reviews, testimonials and messages ("Submitted Content"), you grant Wiig Mastery Academy LLC, its affiliates, successors and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute and create derivative works from such Submitted Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including for advertising, marketing, promotional and social media purposes. This license includes the right to identify the Submitted Content with your name or with any other name or attribution we choose, or with no attribution. You waive any right to inspect or approve such uses and any claim to compensation, royalties or other payment for them. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, including the consent of any person who appears in your Submitted Content.

Please know that:

  • Elisheva (the instructor) and Academy admins can see your private chat with Elisheva, your practice work, your lesson questions and their photos and videos, and the class chats and posts in your programs, including photos, videos and voice notes.
  • Class chat and community posts are seen by other members of those programs.
  • "Delete for me" hides a message only for you. "Delete for everyone" removes it from the chat for everyone; we may keep a copy on our systems for safety and record-keeping.

6. Certification

Certification tests and certificates are given at our discretion based on your work. A certificate shows that you completed our training; it is not a government license.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Academy available, but it may sometimes be down or change. We may update, add or remove lessons and features. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the Academy after a change, you accept the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limits

The Academy teaches techniques and gives guidance. Results depend on your own practice and work. We do not promise any income or business results. To the extent the law allows, the Academy is provided "as is", and Wiig Mastery Academy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

9. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing WigMastery@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections 3, 5 and 8 continue after your account ends.
